Did he have surge protection? Was the DC buss properly over current protected? Did he over current charge or discharge? The BMS should have a contactor that OCP the buss as well as the classic DC bus…1 · -

I do not have that problem with Insight Cloud. What I do when I log-in is log out and go back in. Boom really fast. I think you need to remember to log out when you are done. I know I always forget t…1 · -
